Q: How long will my gallery take?

A: Your gallery for the following packages will take 5-business days, packages include CLASSIC, CREATIVE & COMMERCIAL.

For INTIMATE ELOPEMENT & MICRO WEDDING packages, please allow 12-16 weeks for delivery.

Q: Can I customize a package to better fit my individual needs?

A: Yes! We understand this isn’t a one size fits all situation. All of our packages are fully customizable to better suit you. Feel free to send us a direct email regarding your dream session.

Q: Do you charge a travel fee? If so, what radius do you cover?

A: Yes, we do charge a travel fee for sessions further than 50 miles. If that’s you, we can address that at the time of booking.

Q: Do you require a deposit? How much is it?

A: Yes, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking with the final payment no later than 5-business days before your scheduled session.

Q: Can we order prints or albums directly from you?

A: Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have a way to order any prints through our website, we can however recommend a few of our favorite third party sites. If you’d prefer, we can submit the order for you. Please let us know if this is something you’re interested in at the time of booking & we’ll be happy to help!

Q: Do you offer retouching, color adjustment or other corrective services?

A: Yes, we offer all of the above including full photoshop services. Whether you have a full gallery that needs editing or just a single image you are looking to photoshop, we can help!

Q: What is your rescheduling & cancellation process? What is your refund policy?

A: You can reschedule your session due to family emergencies, sudden illness, unforeseen circumstances or sudden changes in the weather that no longer allow us to follow through with our session ONE TIME ONLY. You MUST notify us no later than 48 hours before your session & reschedule a new date within the next 2 weeks on our calendar, an added rescheduling fee will be added to your account.

If you choose to cancel your session, with no intention to reschedule, it must be done no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time. To obtain a refund, we require a written reason via email. The retainer, 50% of total session amount, is nonrefundable. The rest will be returned within 5-business days.
